The Travel Enquiry System will help the travelers to connect with the registered travel agents directly via our Travel Portal website to plan your entire dream tour.
The travelers will be able to send travel requirements directly to agents through filling in the form with their Holiday Type, Accommodation Type, Destination, Duration, Departure Date, Persons travelling, personal details. Once this process is completed, agents will be able to respond them by forwarding their proposals. The traveler will select the best proposal based on their requirements, and if not satisfied, then re-submitting the form to get the best quote.
Travelers fill in the form at our Travel Portal which comes to our Travel Enquiry System. Once our agents receive the details, they will connect with you soon to get more details, and then bring the best deal for you. After that, they will send the proposal to get it selected. If you require any amendments, then the agent will make changes, and resend the proposal accordingly.
Once the travelers accept the proposal, then more information is taken and the agent fills in the required information on the traveler’s behalf and sends out the payment link. The traveler may pay the full payment at once or can pay it partially as the token of approval, and the remaining payment can be done before the traveler starts the tour.
With this system, an agent gets connected with the travelers and provide them the proposal. Amendments in the proposal maintain the history of chat and the payment details.
With this system, agent would be able to see those cases of travelers whose booking has already been done and the travelers just need to do some amendments or the payment related changes.
This system is accessed by the expert agents specifically for accommodation where the agents of Enquiry Service System and the Customer Service System interact with the agents and get the best deal for the travelers.
The expert agents can access the system to find a flight for travelers. To manage things in the right way, the agents of the Enquiry Service System and the Customer Service System will connect with the expert agents and bring out the best deal for the travelers.
In this system, the agent verifies the upcoming tours of the travelers and make the necessary arrangements for them as they described in the details.
